They are so quick to adjust our file when life changes, getting our cards immediately so we can take care of business, answering questions, refunds, etc. When we've been in the rough patches, like a new teen driver in a fender bender, severe hail, or an employee that was injured on the job, each time I've had an issue, they are right there - compassionate, professional, and they always have done the right thing for everyone involved - and they have proven to always be honest. I might be able to save a couple bucks somewhere, but the service at Rivera's office gives me confidence that you get what you pay for. The way they conduct business is priceless."
